In reading the History of The Holy Brotherhood you may more easily understand how we arrived at our Leadership Model. Many hands and hearts played a role in the formation of The Holy Brotherhood.

We do not have a single leader at the top. We have Co-Leader Teams who manage various functions of the club. We have Core Leaders, Company Commanders and Executive Officers who lead the membership, maintain game servers and the website admins and moderators, and Guardians who sustain our finances. All of these offices are held by multiple members wearing multiple "hats" thus forming a redundant leadership corps. When needed, general members are assigned leadership roles and as such may execute a great deal of authority on behalf of THB.

We can do this because of the maturity and dedication of our membership. There is almost never complete autonomy yet always someone to fall back on or fill in when a life change impacts a leader. Part of our creedo "when life permits" is answered by this structure.

We are a Teamwork Club.
